WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
The dress code for our wedding day is black tie optional. Tuxedos and floor-length gowns are encouraged, but not required. Suits and cocktail dresses are also appropriate. Please note, there will be a short champagne reception on the lawn following the ceremony so we encourage you to consider this when selecting your footwear.

WhO IS INVITED?
We kindly request that you only bring those listed on your invitation to help us stay within the venue's capacity. While we love your little ones, this is an adult only event.
when should i arrive at the ceremony?
Live music will begin on the Terrace at 2:30 PM and the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM.
iS THERE A SHUTTLE?
Yes, we will be providing a shuttle service for guests to and from the wedding from Elk + Avenue Hotel in downtown Banff. The shuttles will arrive at Elk + Ave at 2:00 PM to take guests to the Fairmont Banff Springs for the ceremony.
Beginning at 11:00 PM, a shuttle will depart the Fairmont Banff Springs every 30-40 minutes from the drop-off loop. The last ride of the evening will depart the venue at 2:15 AM. Please inform the shuttle driver of your drop-off location when boarding the shuttle.
is parking available?
For those of you who do not wish to utilize our shuttle service, there are parking options available at the Fairmont Banff Springs. We suggest parking in the three-level covered parkade located behind the Convention Centre for $39 CAD per night if you are a hotel guest. Valet parking is also available for $59 CAD per night at the main entrance to the hotel for hotel guests. For guests staying off site, the day rate is $60 CAD.
