We are honored and incredibly grateful that you are making the journey to join us for our wedding. We have fallen in love with Banff, and we hope you will too!

Beyond the wedding day itself, we hope you have the chance to explore, relax, and make unforgettable memories of your own. Whether you are adventuring through the Rockies or simply soaking in the views, our greatest wish is that you enjoy your trip in whatever way brings you the most joy. If you would like to join us for any group activities during your trip, we would love nothing more than to experience the beauty of the Canadian Rockies with you!

See below the itinerary for our stay, and please know you are welcome to join us in as many of these activities that you wish.

Wednesday, june 24

In the morning, Josh will be found golfing at the Fairmont Banff Springs Golf Course while Caroline ventures to the iconic Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise for afternoon tea. If you would like to join either activity, we would love to have you — please ensure to list the names of anyone interested in attending in the RSVP form on the RSVP tab as we will be making reservations well in advance.

The group will meet up later in the afternoon for a ‘Beers Across Banff’ pub crawl. The theme for the pub crawl is Canadian Tuxedos, so come in your best denim!

Thursday, june 25

On Thursday, we are planning a group visit to Moraine Lake, one of Banff’s most breathtaking and iconic locations, and we would absolutely love for you to join us!

Since private vehicles are not permitted on the road to Moraine Lake, the only way to access it is via the Parks Canada shuttle. Reservations for June 25th open on April 15th at 10:00 AM EST, and they tend to fill up very quickly — so please plan to reserve as soon as the window opens. We will be sending out a reminder text that morning and will indicate which time slot we are reserving for the shuttle.

Once the group arrives at Moraine Lake, everyone is free to enjoy the day however they wish! You can hike one of the scenic trails, rent a canoe on the stunning turquoise water (highly recommend!), stroll along the lakeshore, or simply relax and take in the views. There’s also a small café on-site with grab‑and‑go food and drinks if you would like a snack or a quiet moment in the sunshine.

There is no set shuttle time required for the return trip — you can hop on any return shuttle when you are ready to head back to Banff. Shuttles run continuously, typically every 20–30 minutes, so there is plenty of flexibility.

Friday, june 26

We invite you all to join us for welcome drinks in the evening to kick off what will be a wonderful weekend of celebration ahead! Please refer to the Details tab for more information about this event.

We encourage you to visit Lake Louise on Friday (or at some point during your stay), as we think Lake Moraine and Lake Louise are both the biggest "bucket list" activities in Banff. Please note, While you can drive to Lake Louise (unlike Moraine Lake), parking there is extremely limited and we strongly advise against relying on it. The public lot often fills before sunrise. Instead, the most reliable options are: booking a Parks Canada shuttle, riding a public transit bus from the town of Banff, or paying to park at the Fairmont Lake Louise which is only permissible if you are a hotel guest there or if you have a reservation to dine with them.
